Florence NETTLETON

NETTLETON _ Florence Margaret "Greta" (nee Harrison), born at Langley Prairie, BC on September 7, 1905, passed away peacefully in New Westminster, BC on September 12, 2002 at the age of 97. Greta was predeceased by her husband, Keith in 1977, her sister Dollie Chamberlayne and brother Brian Harrison. Her family feel deep gratitude for the many years during which her kind and generous spirit graced their lives. She will be dearly missed by her loving daughters, Joan Davies (Don), Doreen Nelson (Bill), Gerry Farbridge (Bob), Nancy Welsford (Dave); 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; her sister-in-law Audrey Harrison; and family in England. Known as Annie to her family, she was an inspiration to all of us. The family wishes to thank the staff at the Royal City Manor for their loving care. We invite you to join the family for a Celebration of Greta's Life on Monday, September 16th at 2 p.m. at Sixth Avenue United Church on 1111 - 6th Ave, New Westminster. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sixth Avenue United Church or the Royal Columbian Hospital Foundation.
