Florence Schola Obituary
She is survived by her daughter, Patricia A. and favorite son-in-law, Ralph E. Golden of New Albany; golden grandsons, Stephen of Argyle, Texas, William (Heidi) of Pataskala and Matthew (Bridget) of Johnstown; "special granddaughter," Brandy (David) Heistand of Columbus; great-grandchildren, Whitney (Chris) York of New Jersey, Zachary and Nicolas of Argyle, Texas, Miranda and Britney of Johnstown and Taylour and Kaleigh of Pataskala. Her family and friends will miss her quick wit, "upbeat" attitude and loving nature.
She was preceded in death by husband, William F.; and son Gregory A. Schola.
A private family service and Interment with no calling hours will take place.
In lieu of flowers, do something nice for someone today as "Mom" would have done or contribute to Eastview United Methodist Church Prayer Room, 1045 Ross Road, Columbus, OH 43227, in her memory. Prayer is a powerful thing for everyone and every situation. Many thanks to Sunrise of Gahanna, The Woodlands of Columbus Assisted Living and Senior Independence Hospice for your loving care. Arrangements are by Schoedinger Northeast Chapel, 1051 E. Johnstown Road (at Beecher Road) Gahanna.

Boots was a dedicated and honorable state employee whom I admired and respected greatly. You never had to guess what her opinion was or what her position on an issue was.

I had many wonderful adventures with Boots and Bill. Boots and I loved talking and laughing about Scioto.
