I just now saw that Floyd passed away as I live in Bend. I knew him when I was a little girl when he worked at my dad's (Dave Snow) radio station (KFLW). He did an excellent job of turning around the radio station when he purchased it from my dad and was outstanding in his service to the Klamath community. May God bless him and his family during this time.

It is with great sadness that I learn of Floyd's death. My deepest sympathy to the family and to the many (like me) who grew up listening to Floyd. He was a consummate pro, a great role model and a true gentleman. A great voice is stilled; a great man is gone.

Klamath Falls was lucky to have Floyd, his kind no longer exists and we will all miss his mellifluous tones and his love for KFLS: Klamath Falls, Land of Sunshine.

David and I were truly saddened by the news of Floyd's passing. We have many fond memories of the whole Wynne family. Floyd was a one in a million kind of guy and we are all the better for having known him. Our thoughts are with you all.
Love, Sharon and David Goss

I worked at the station a short time, but what I remember is Mr. Wynne being so kind.. He would always say hello and smile, and I enjoyed talking with him at one of the staff Christmas parties... My thoughts and prayers go out to the family...

Mr. Wynn was quite a man. While he was Commissioner he helped us and our neighbors in Plum Valley. He used common sense doing his job. I also enjoyed his radio programs and was disappointed when he quit . To his family my condolences on the lose of a gentleman.

Floyd was one of what seems a "dying" breed...a true straight shooter. We served together on the KF City Council and, although we weren't always in agreement, you could always count on Floyd having his view of what was right for Klamath Falls front and center. That kind of strength and leadership I've always respected. He will be missed by many, and appreciated by more.

Barb, Steve & Bob,
I was saddened to hear of Floyd's passing. I still get the Herald and News just to keep up. We are living back in MN - kind of close to your roots. If we make it to KFalls over Christmas we will stop by. May God hold you in the palm of His hand during this time.

What a special one of a kind man. I will always be grateful to Floyd and his family for teaching me the rules of broadcasting. He was a true RADIO legend and helped me to capture my dreams of working in and on "the radio".
If I can have one half the friends and accomplishments of Floyd in my lifetime, I would be very proud.
Thank you for your efforts to make a better community for the people and business of the Klamath basin.
