Forrest England Obituary

On July 24th, 2022, Forrest Edwin England, devoted husband, loving father and grandfather, talented artist, aerospace engineer, and adventurous sailor, passed away peacefully to join his beloved wife Dorothy Lien England and daughter Amy England Lavis . He will always be fondly remembered by his children: Kari England, Sara England D'Ovidio, and Stephen England; and his grandchildren: Brian & Amy Geoghegan, Jason & Emma Lavis and Gavin England. Forrest was a very gifted Aerospace Engineer whose numerous designs have contributed to inventions that benefit the world today. He earned his Bachelor of Science from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in NY City and later attained his PHD from the University of Maryland. He expressed his joy of life through his love of Sailing and racing on the Chesapeake Bay. He also enjoyed traveling the world, studying history, learning foreign languages, and opera.
