Forrest Lee Ramser

Thanks Forrest for all you have done for Roxell. You were the warmest and most motivating CEO we've ever had in Roxell. It was always nice when you came to visit in Maldegem. We never forget the good old days and you enthusiasm. God bless you !

We remember fondly and with admiration Forrest and Helen Ramser. They were wonderful people and we have no doubt they are both with their Lord tonight, We express our condolences to their family.

Thanks Forrest for all your Mentoring friendship and help in Getting Roxell established in Australia.You are a true Gentleman and we are the better for knowing you.

Our prayers and thoughts are with all of you during this time. My mother, Esther Ramser Weisel, always spoke so highly of her cousin and wife. We enjoyed their visit after mother moved to the assisted living in Bossier, LA. Please know your father was a great man and one many will miss and one many have been blessed to know. May your memories make you smile, may your faith give you peace and may your friends and families hold you up during this time. Love to all of you.

As one blessed of God by the influence of a number of fine men throughout my life, grief came over me as, from memory, I realized what you and Forrest’s other family, close friends, associates and the community at large must be experiencing at this time.

Forrest has passed into a new room of God’s house but his life lived here continues to bless so many.

I came across this recently, which seems to fit Forest and his proteges, especially given its silvicultural reference:

We make solace in your grief and your carrying on in Forrest’s useful ways and by his admonitions our fervent prayer. We also offer thanksgiving for this man made mighty by ‘LOVE, Patience, Tolerance, and Understanding’. I never met Forrest, yet I feel I well acquainted with him through those like yourself that he influenced whose excellence now and into the future is the greatest tribute that can be paid this excellent man now in the presence of God.

It was my privilege to work with Mr. Ramser in the building of Jennings Mill Country Club. I learned much from him. He was a great man.

Forrest, he will be missed by all the people who have known him. He was truly a great man. I learned a lot from him during the 35 years I have known him and worked with & for him. You will always be in my memory as a wonderful person will miss you.

Truely a great individual in all aspect of life, he will be missed by so many. Our condolences to the family.

Forrest Ramser was the class of the field. He taught me so much by example, living a life of integrity and honor. It was my privilege to simply stand in the same room with him. I am saddened by the world's loss, but I'm certain heaven is the better for it. Thank you Mr. Ramser.

I feel honored to have known Mr. Forrest for all these years. He has touched so many people with his kindness. Praying God will comfort you in your loss.

I am very sorry to hear about Forrest's passing. Forrest was a good friend to Linda and me when we began the Christian Campus Fellowship at the University of Georgia. He was always a great encouragement and supporter. I know that is a role he has continued over the years.

I know Forrest will be greatly missed by many in Athens, especially the folks at Athens Christian and the Christian Campus Fellowship.

It was my privilege to have been friends with "Captain" Ramser for the last28 years. Whether in church, at a board meeting, at work, or on the golf course Forrest was the same. His zest for life and gentle wisdom coupled with his generous nature made him one of my favorite people. I miss his wife Helen and I already miss my friend Forrest. My prayers are with Janet, Fred, Mark and all the other family and friends as you grieve your loss and celebrate his gain.

Mr. Forrest Ramser was as fine a man as I have ever known. He was not only succesful, but he was humble and gracious. The Lord has opened His arms and welcomed a faithful shepherd and a very special angel. God Bless his family.

Mr. Forrest was a generous man with all his resources. He will be missed by all who were privileged to know him. Mr. Forrest and Ms. Helen were examples to us all of fidelity, faithfulness, and what true love is all about.

I will always treasure the fact that I knew and was a friend of Mr. Ramser. I have never met someone that was as kind, caring and thoughtful of others, at all times. I will always have a place in my heart and memory for him and know he is being well received in his new home.
