We are soo sorry to hear the news of Frankie's passing this morning. It's so difficult when families are far apart and can't be with one another on a regular basis, but know that we keep all the wonder memories of him close to our heart. Our condolences to all. Bless you, and know you are in our prayers. Love, Joanne & John Pesare

We were so sad to hear of Frank's passing. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the immediate family.
He was my Godfather when I was confirmed many years ago. God have mercy on him and may he rest in peace.

So sad to hear of Frank's passing. His devotion to his family was to be admired. He had almost a teenage enthusiasm for politics. You are all in my prayers.

We always had a great time on the many occasions our paths crossed during Assessor's and Director's conferences. Frank was one of the good guys and shared his vast experience with others. I personally have missed our chats and suspect he is busy helping some veteran file an exemption in heaven as I write this.
