Frances Dewitt Foster

Frances Dewitt Foster has joined her brothers, William Albert Foster, Hubert Haywood Foster and Arthur Harold Foster in heaven. She has left behind many nephews and nieces. Some that are known are William, Thomas, Brian, Debbie and Beth. Frances was a very smart lady. She loved her books. Anything in print she would absorb and learn more and more. She worked with the State of North Carolina for many years. She loved working with her chemicals and telling her stories of some of the things she found. She was a woman that was very set in her ways, but her friends and family loved her very much anyway. She was always there when needed and would do what she could to help. She will be missed.
