In loving memory of a wonderful person Ms. Frances who I been knowing for over 30yrs or more you was like a second mom to me and family always there and having a big heart. I am going to miss seeing you at rhode island station coming from work and talking to my mom (Joan) on the telephone about the lottery. Rip Ms. Frances you earn your wings in heaven.
