Frances Eileen McColley, known affectionately as Franny, passed away on May 12, 2025, at the age of 80, in Mesa, Arizona formally from Salem, NH. Born on February 25, 1945, in Lawrence, Massachusetts.

Franny was known for her fiery spirit, unwavering opinions, and an unmatched sense of humor that left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

Franny spent her career at Gillette in Andover, MA, where her dedication and hard work were well recognized. Outside of work, she had a passion for life that was evident in her hobbies. Franny was an avid Bingo player, loved taking magical trips to Disney with her nieces and nephews, and enjoyed sharing her love of cooking and baking with loved ones, creating many cherished memories.

Franny is survived by her son, Jason (Jay) McColley; Frances's sister "Sister Juliann Parent"; nieces Mary Parent and Jessica McMahon; great-niece Brooke Parent; great-nephews Christopher Hubbard and Brendan Hubbard wife, Erin; along with great-great nieces Alannah Parent and Ava Parent; and great-great nephews Ayden Parent, Liam Hubbard, and Logan Hubbard. She was preceded in death by her parents, Francis Parent and Eileen Parent, and her sisters, Judith Garrod and Kathryn Krisiak.

Franny's life was marked by her zest and the deep connections she forged. A memorial service will be held at Willow Spring Vineyards in Haverhill, MA, at 1 PM on July 18. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Franny can be made to Maricopa County Animal Care and Control, please visit Maricopa County Animal Care and Control (https://www.maricopa.gov/281/Donate). Franny's presence will be profoundly missed, but her spirit will continue to inspire those who were fortunate to know her.
