Fran Rael was my sister/ cousin and friend. My memories of Fran started in Collinville with her, my cousin Louie and my self. She was a bit older than me so she was always there. We three had so much fun swimming and building forts in the tules. As years went on we were always best friends, through school and marriage with Steve. and the rest of our lives!
The last few years of her life was really hard for her but she never complained!
She will be truly missed by me and my husband Don. He said when he married me he also married Fran, she was a great joy in his life!
I love and miss you Frannie!!! ! Until we meet again in paradise!!
