LIBERTY - Mrs. Frances Clapp Sharpe, 95, passed away at Liberty Commons of Alamance on Saturday, December 12, 2020.

Mrs. Sharpe was the daughter of the late John and Ada Clapp. She was married to the late Wade Sharpe. Frances was a member of Low's Lutheran Church, Liberty, NC. She was an active member until her declining health.

Mrs. Sharpe is survived by one sister, Marie Clapp Paul and many nieces and nephews.

Other than her husband and parents she was preceded in death by brothers Ben Clapp, William (Bill) Clapp, Carl Clapp, Luther Clapp, Vance Clapp, John Clapp, and sisters Alice Clapp, Ruby Bowman, Amie Clapp, Martha Story and Nellie Pickard.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 PM, on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Low's Lutheran Church Cemetery, Liberty, NC. Officiating will be Pastor John Mark Beam III. Follow COVID protocol. Family and friends are welcome

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Low's Lutheran Church, 2136 NC 61, Liberty, NC 27298.

What a fine lady who was a pleasure to know as a fellow church member. An inspiration!! A very wonderful care giver for her family for a long time.
