My first memory of meeting Frances was when I went to work for District 7 Public Health .My Mother had told me that a Bazemore cousin was the head nurse at the Crisp Co. Health Dept. That health department would be one of the ones I would be serving. What a joy it was to meet her! What a special person she was! So kind, gracious and welcoming, she always made me feel like part of her work family.
I only had the privilege of working with her for 5 years before she retired. Wish it had been longer!
Sending my heartfelt condolences to her remaining family. Olivia Mallichek

Frances-big Sister, mentor, confidante, friend and finally, once again, a big Sister!
Could go on forever-so many words come to mind-
intelligent, industrious, friendly, kind, caring, non-judgmental, accepting, generous, non-complaining and always loving.
I would not be what I am today without her guidance, caring and love.
Her love for us never stopped and ours will never die!
