FRANCESCO TOLOMEO Obituary
FRANCESCO
Age 91, of Morningside, passed away peacefully at home, on a beautiful Good Friday, surrounded by his family on March 30, 2018. Francesco was born in Maierato, Italy, and immigrated to the United States with his family in 1971. He leaves behind the love of his life, Elisabetta (Suppa), his wife of 61 years; and his beloved children, Antonia (Domenico), Diana (Augusto) and Domenico (Jody); adoring grandfather of Maria (Gregg), Giuseppe (Kristina), Frank (Ashley), Vincenzo, Margherita, Elisabetta and Francesco; as well as nine great- grandchildren; cherished brother of Giuseppe (Elisa), Antonio (late Antonia), and the late Elisa (Paolo), Concetta (Pasquale), Domenico and Angelo (Giuseppina). Also survived by many other loving family members. He will be greatly missed and will always be remembered. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 3rd, from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at MCCABE BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 6214 Walnut Street, Shadyside. Friends and family will then gather Wednesday, April 4th, at 9 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Raphael at 10 a.m.
