ANGELILLI--Francis "Frank" J., Professor of Business and Finance at NYU for 44 years and beloved patriarch of a family of 18, died peacefully at home on January 15th at the age of 90. Professor Angell was adored by hundreds of students during his 44-year tenure at NYU's Stern School of Business. His outstanding service was recognized with many awards and accolades, including being voted the honor of "Great Professor". He will be greatly missed by his children, Marietta Schiff, and Peter Angelilli, their spouses, Larry Schiff and Arlene Angelilli, and his sister Theresa Leuschner. He was the proud and doting grandfather of Dr. Bradley Schiff, Jennifer Roff Ph.D., James Schiff Esq, Lauren Angelilli Esq, Jeff Preston, Elizabeth Levine, Ronald Levine, Dr. Allison Angelilli, Evan Boulukos, Jonathan Angelilli, and Kristen Angelilli. He was the adored great-grandfather of Josephine and Annabel Schiff and Ella Jean Levine. Married for 63 years to the elegant and beloved Josephine Danza Angelilli whom he lost on March 3, 2004. Longtime resident and beloved community member of Atlantic Beach Long Island. Funeral services are currently being made at Fairchild Sons Inc (516)627-2000.

Frank was the best educator ever. A loyal and dear friend who will be greatly missed. If you're lucky, you find one professor in four years of college who turns the educational experience into a true adventure. Frank was that professor. Such class....such style!
