Such a wonderful man. When my father was a teenager, "Grandma B" brought him to her home to help watch Brandy while she worked. When he was in Bangor, he flew over our farm to say hello. Years later Brandy painted this hubcap, showing my Dad in the vineyard, and Brandy in the clouds, saying Hi. We will miss him.

I know Frank at the JCC. He was the best to talk to. We moved away in 2009, but I visited last summer. Sadly, it was too late to see Frank, but he was a great man and super fun to be around.

Always one of my favorites when we flew intercepts at Dow AFB. Full of life and also a lot of (you know what). Some light has now left our world.

Though we only saw each other at the J, he was kind and generous both in words and actions, but I would never want to be sitting across the table from him in a poker game!

Frank, we will miss your beautiful smile at the JCC. I'm sure the you will continue the "Club House" in heaven, and continue the card games! Prayers and blessing to the Brandon Family.

We served together at Upper Heyford. Brandy was a great fighter pilot and super commander. It was a pleasure and an honor to have known him.

Wow! That picture is EXACTLY how I remember Colonel "Brandy" Brandon. Yeah, I NEVER called him Brandy - even as an adult. LOL! He was and always will be Colonel Brandon to me. He was the epitome of a USAF fighter pilot. I have many great memories of him and Mrs. Brandon, watching them from upstairs with Beth, while they hosted some shindig or other downstairs at their house on base at Upper Hayford. Great memories of a great man. Fly high on wings of eagles, Colonel Brandon. Until we meet again.......

The last time I saw Brandy was on graduation day 6 December 1955 when we received our wings and gold bars at Williams AFB, Chandler, AZ. Fortunately we have been able to exchange e-mails these last 30 years. One could not find a more constant friend.

Brandy and I were classmates in USAF pilot training; the last time I saw him was at Ubon RTAFB, Thailand in 1970 but we kept in touch over the years via email. While he was in the hospital, we had a wonderful and uplifting telephone conversation reminiscing about the old AF days. He was one of the all-time good guys.

All the best to the family.

RIP old friend.

Brandy Bear, you and Bat Lang were almost too big to fit in the T-bird. Now both can fly with their own wings. What a formation. Just the start of "Sam's Gaggle" in heaven. Stu Hoyt

Brandy can only be physically gone but never the life he lived and the memories he created, which we share. Have faith and be strong. BobB

So long, Bandy. Too fast, too soon. It was good to know you. God does not make them like you anymore. Godspeed . . . Dino
