Dear
Cousins: Your dad was the best HUGGER! He always offered a big smile, a
loud welcome and a generous HUG. That never changed. I'm sorry I'm not
there and had very much looked forward to seeing Frank and others on
December 24. I'm sorry December 24 didn't come early this year.
My deepest sympathies.

I am so sad to hear of the loss of "Mr. DeSomma". Our families shared so many holidays and special events together, particularly Christmas Eve. How I hated that squid in my pasta!!! yet I always looked forward to going there on Christmas Eve. It was tradition! He was kind and fun to be with. It took alot to ruffle his feathers. I have many fond memories of Frank. I'll never forget the time he and Mary came to visit and he gave my cat a paper bag, and the cat went crazy, it was so much fun! Frank laughed and enjoyed the moment! He was a close friend of our family and he will be sorely missed. Even though I live in California, my parents still spent holidays with him and his children. To Claudia (she and I are responsible for our families long friendship!), Rosemary, Louis, and Paul, my condolscences to you and your families. He was a good man and a good Father. You are in my thoughts and I'm sorry I can't be there to celebrate his life!! Love to all of you.
