I remember Deacon fondly. He was a bright, kind man with a strong sense of social justice. We all worked together in local politics to make Framingham a better place for everyone living here. He was a leader in that effort. With a twinkle in his eyes, and a smile on his face, he made it easier for us to do the hard work. He and Ann were a special couple. He will be missed.

To Anne, Therese, and all the Devin Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Frank and I shared many meals and attended even more meetings together over the many years that he served as a Director of Direct Federal. He was always passionately concerned about treating all members equally and all employees fairly. He was indeed our Tip O'Neill.
Ave Atque Vale, Frank.

Your Dad/Grandfather was always an utter gentleman, and the last of the true Irish Bostonians. It was always a pleasure to have the opportunity to spend time and chat with him. His wisdom, stories, and overall outlook were priceless, and will be cherished. Though he may be gone, he will never be forgotten.
Our Heartfelt Condolences,
