I just learned of Franks passing. I am so sorry for your loss. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I am deeply saddened by the news of Frank’s passing and share in your loss. Frank touched the lives of many people including mine in so many beautiful ways. I will forever cherish the memories - he was an amazing person who will forever hold a special place in my heart.

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

I will keep the pleasant memories of Frank on my first visit to the Virgin Islands..letting us stay at his house, letting us use his jeep, my first sailing experience and our great dinner at Frenchman's Reef.

Please let me know if there is anyway I can be of help. You have had such an awful year. I am always here for you even if you just need to talk.
