Francis W. "Frank" Hageman

Francis W. "Frank" Hageman, 80 of Lima, Ohio died on Saturday, January 7, 2012, at 9:55 A.M. at St. Rita's Medical Center, He was born June 17, 1931 in Putnam County to Ralph and Louise Birkemeir Hageman who preceded him in death. He married Joan F Debacher on September 6, 1952 in Lima and she survives in Lima. Frank was a member of St. Gerard's Catholic Church and its Holy Name Society. He worked for the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local #776 from which he retired. He was a life member of both the Knights of Columbus 3rd degree Council #2661, Lima and the 4th degree Bishop Neumann Assembly #829. He was also a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose #199 of Lima and the Eagles Aerie #370 of Lima. He enjoyed woodworking and watching sports. Surviving are sons, James Hageman of Columbus, OH, Daniel (Wende) Hageman of Columbus, OH, William (Suzanne) Hageman of Dublin, OH and Robert Hageman of Columbus, OH, daughters, Karen (Jency) Brown of Salt Lake City, UT, Diane Hageman of Dublin, OH and Janet (Mitch) Harpest of Perrysburg, OH, brother, Virgil (Joann) Hageman of Glandorf, OH. and six grandchildren Matthew, Brian, Kyle, Evan, Joseph, and Catherine Hageman. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 10, 2012 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Following visitation a Parish wake service will be at 8:00P.M. A Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM on Wednesday at St. Gerard's Catholic Church. Entombment will be in Gethsemani Mausoleum, Lima. Memorial contributions may be sent to Donor's Choice.
