Ive just found out today of Franks passing. My sympathy goes out to his family and children Richard and Ruth. I worked many years with Frank in the PFD and will miss him greatly. Frank was one of the best firefighters I ever worked with and also one of the funniest. We used to help each other fix up and remodle each of our homes way back in the 60's and 70's. Rest in peace my friend.

Frank was my coworker at EPA but more than that he was my friend, always there to lend a hand or with words of encouragement and gestures of kindness in trying times. So kind, thoughtful and of course, funny. I will miss his straightforward outlook on life, his singing, the laughter he brought to all of us, and just his presence. So lucky to have known him. My sincerest sympathies to all his family and friends. Rest in peace, Frank.

I'm sorry for your loss and for ours here at EPA. Your dad was such a great person. He was kind, funny, down-to-earth, and so generous (always offering chocolates). He brightened up the workplace. We'll miss him so much.

I am sorry for your loss. Your Dad was such a special person to all of us at EPA and the Phila. Fire Dept. He brought with him a daily dose of laughter, hope and joy. He was Elvis to us who knew him well. He was a "best friend" to me and touched so many people. I will miss him like a brother. "Elvis has left the building".
