Francis Kauflin Obituary
Frank is survived by his wife, Phyllis; daughter and son-in-law; four sons; four grandchildren; a brother; and a sister.
He was a kind and gentle soul whose quiet strength and steady faith touched everyone around him. If he wasn't on the golf course, he was likely fixing or building something, usually while managing to break himself in the process.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, October 24, 2025 at 11:00 am at Holy Family Church in Virginia Beach. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Unbound.org, or you might consider sponsoring a child in his honor.

I met Frank our sophomore year in high school and we´ve been best friends ever since. He was crazy back then but marrying Phyllis changed him into the man we all came to admire and love. He tried to act the tough guy, but his heart was always in the right place. His kindness to my sister Diane during her final years of illness endeared him to me and my siblings. God bless you Franko.
