We will forever remember Frank as a very nice guy with a friendly and charming smile.
We will miss the moments we spent together. We hope we were able to make him feel welcomed by trying to use our best English during our neighboring tea time meetings.
Personally speaking, I will forever remember his last words to me: Bye Paulinha
Thank you, Elizabeth (Betinha) for bringing Frank into our life. We are lucky to have ever met him.

Our eternal uncle Frank warmly adopted many of us as his nieces/nephews.
Such a giving and splendid guy, always with that beautiful smile. I loved to make him laugh. His sense of humor was perfection: intelligence + warmth!
I feel so lucky to have created memories with him and Elisabeth in Paris, Mexico, Philly and most recently in his beloved Portugal. Ill cherish them forever.
Thanks uncle Frank, we love you!!!
I said it before and I say it now: YOU ARE AMAZING.

Dear Elisabeth, Our deepest condolences to you and your family. We had the pleasure of meeting you & Frankie in Punta Gorda, Fl, for NY Eve dinner last year and then again on a trip to Siesta Key, FL, in January 2019. Cindy and I really enjoyed those engagements. I admired Frankie, such a laid back type guy, and just really a nice guy! Just very sad. Frankie, RIP........

As one of many of Frank's cousins, I was shocked when I heard of his passing. I was close to Frank in age (I'm 78) and I fondly remember Frank, his elder sister Mary, and brother Bob along with the rest of the Levins cousins when we would gather together at Grandmom Levins" house at 271 S 4th St in Philly for Thanksgiving, Christmas and many weekends. My Levins family of 8 (2 parents, 4 boys (I'm the oldest), and 2 sisters) were the "foreigners" of the "clan". We lived in New Jersey! What great times we had as young kids playing in Grandmom's back yard. We "foreigners" were so proud of Frank and Bob when they were dancing on Dick Clark's American bandstand as we watched them on our 8 inch, black and white TV. Elizabeth, although we have never met in person, I enjoyed looking at the pictures of you and Frank's many trips. Please know that I, and my brothers and sisters, have you and the family in our thoughts and prayers. Sincerely, Bob Levins.

REST IN PEACE Dear Frank I will never forget the day you came to pay respect to my son at his memorial
When I looked up and saw you, I couldn't believe you made that trip from Pennsylvania to Long Island NY.
I always knew you were a special person but that day will be embedded in my heart forever. Thank you for being such an amazing person
Brooklyn Girls will miss you terribly❤

This is a stunning and beautifully written tribute to my friend Frank Levins who I had the pleasure of knowing as fellow AB Regulars and later at reunions. Whoever authored this tribute has truly captured the very essence of Frank Levins as a loving family man and "gentle soul" and gentleman. RIP. Thom Cardwell

To Frank's family : I never got to meet him personally, but he was one who brought me such joy as a teen. My life was so full of AB and the regulars. To be reconnected in recent years was like a dream. Frank was one of the nicest guys in his responses to me and by his posts I could tell the joy he found in life. I will treasure the last DVD of the dance party where he was, indeed, dancing up a storm. You all are in my prayers as you say "till we meet again" to this wonderful man. Sending love from MN and from my heart to yours.

My deepest sympathy to the family. I am a first cousin...my mother, Helen, and Frank's father, we're siblings. We grew up in Southampton, NY, where I remember Frank and his siblings visiting us in the summer. So sorry we didn't' get to see our cousins more often. He sounds like he was a very kind person. My prayers are with you all.

Elisabeth we only met once...but I was a good friend of Carole Scaldeferri/Spada ...and I came ot something in So. Philly and she couldn't make it..but Joe Fusco was there and was happy to see my "old " boyfriend, Larry Brumbach and also so happy to see Frank , your wonderful guy who of course was a gentleman as always...You were lucky to have him...and spend the years with him that you did...You made a wonderful couple...and I know he loved those 2 girls of his, the twins...I feel as Frank does...I hope we will meet again ...cause I, too, am a widow...was very young and hope for that to happen some day...Keep the faith and know we all care...Love, Dolly (Dolores Occhipinti, Monroe, NJ...)
