Francis McGill, Jr Obituary
He was the beloved husband of the late Jean (Kiss) McGill, who died February 11, 2004.
Born on July 27, 1939 in Mount Holly/Burlington, NJ, to the late Edna (Cook) Doughty & Francis W. McGill, Sr,. He was older brother to the late Michael McGill.
Francis (Frank) was a truck driver for many years working the overnight shift from Philadelphia to Delaware & later doing maintenance at Pennsbury High School in Fairless Hills, PA.
During those years, he also had a furniture upholstery business at his home in Levittown, PA.
After retirement, he moved to Pomona Park, FL for 15 years before returning back to PA last year.
A car enthusiast, he very much enjoyed working on them, attending car shows & collecting them. Other hobbies included football & woodworking.
Frank is the loving father of Jennifer (Daniel) Burke & Melinda (George) Houck. He is the cherished Pop Pop of Kayleigh, Jeannie, Ryan and his granddogs.
Family & friends are invited to gather in celebration of Frank's life from 1-4pm on Saturday, May 13th at 100 Austin Drive in Holland, PA 18966.
