Frank was born in Brooklyn NY on March 9, 1952, and was raised in Rochelle Park by parents Lucille A. Croker (Schempp) and Francis X. Croker. Frank graduated Paramus Catholic High School (1970), attending Georgetown University, New York University, and DeVry University subsequently where he earned his Degree in Engineering. Frank was a Mechanical Engineer by trade, servicing numerous companies throughout North America, South America, and Europe, traveling extensively.

Frank has been previously pre-deceased by parents Lucille A. Croker (2006) and Francis X. Croker (2005), by brother-in-law Anthony N. Corbiscello (2006), and by long-term girlfriend Katrina Kempster (2022); He is survived by his son James Vakula, his wife Devyne, and granddaughter Zoey of Redondo Beach CA; siblings Catherine A. Croker of New Milford CT, Ellen M. Corbiscello of New Milford CT, Timothy J. Croker of Washingtonville NY, and Brian Croker of Kinnelon NJ; nephew Timothy J. Croker of Rock Tavern NY, and niece Briana L. Croker of Troy NY.

Frank was eccentric, adventurous, free-spirited, and of astute intellect - a truly extraordinary mind.
