My condolences to everyone: family, friends and all who loved Randy. I had the privilege of working for him at JA. I've never had a better boss. He was generous to a fault and I learned a lot from him; he had an terrific sense of humor and made me laugh. I miss you, Randy. I'll never forget you.

Randy and our team at DreamCather worked together from the late 90's to 2007 when I left. I am honored to have known him and to have worked with him. Randy championed Adventure games as did we, and I remember instances in time of discussions, long calls on the phone, meetings at E3, and many more moments that filled our everyday business life. I got to know him over the years and learned about how much he cared for his family and friends.
Randy will never be forgotten both as a champion of Adventure games and also for the kind and caring person that I knew him to be. I can still hear his voice as clear as day when I think about him.
My sincere condolences to you and your extended family. Take heart, Randy is on his way and planning his next adventure.

Randy, you took a chance on me. You gave me an amazing opportunity when you asked me to be part of the JA family. Thank you for sharing your adventures and the love of the game with all of us. I will miss you deeply.

Dear Sluganski Family,
It has been a privilege to share a love of adventure games and good books with Randy for thirteen years. First from a business perspective, but then over time I got to know Randy as a friend and the thing that impressed me most about him, besides his humor, sense of justice, and creativity, was his great love and respect for his family.
Randy touched many people over the years and will be sorely missed.
My heartfelt condolences to you, and the mutual regard of a great man.

Edna, Sandi and kids,
Oh, how the days become years in the blink of an eye. Jim and I will forever hold the memories of our youth and the wonderful days spent at both the Sluganski houses - close to our hearts. Randy was one of a kind, silly and complex, always unpredictible - that made him special and loveable. ~please don't hesitate to call if you need anything at all.

Randy is equally irreplaceable as a friend and as a friend to the adventure game world. There was never anybody like him. I will miss him.

So sorry for your loss. It has been such a long fight for Randy and he is no longer in pain. Trust me, I know that does not always make you feel better but in time it will. If you need anything please do not hesitate to ask. Your family is in our prayers.

To the Sluganski Family. My sympathy and condolences go out to you. I grew up with Randy on Winton Street but have not seen him in years. Randy always had a smile on his face and a kind word to share. Randy always made me laugh. My memories of Randy will be happy ones.
