Oh Uncle Frank how you will be missed. You are loved by everyone whose life you touched. Always fun to be around, never hesitated to say what was on your mind. Dawn, I am so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. Although I did not know him that well he appeared to be "Quite A Character". He was fun to have around because you never knew what might come out of his mouth. My condolenses to you and your brother and sisters and your Mom. Dear Rosemary. I enjoyed knowing you and Francis while I was employed by the USGS in San Antonio. He was always happy and cheerful. He also was a good Hydro Tech, a good friend and always a gentleman.
