To the Diaz family, My condolences for the loss of Frank. He and my father William Todd Jr. work for the City together for 37 years. My father and him were friends as he came to my dads funeral in 2005. God bless him and watch over him. Terry Todd and Family.

Mrs. Diaz, We were so sad to hear the news of Mr. D's passing. Jack and I have always thought of you over the years and are sorry we lost contact with you both. Mr. D brought much love and laughter in our lives and I know how much he loved you and Jay and especially his grandsons. Our condolences to all of you.

What a wonderful human being with always a smile and lots of fun to know all these years (great since of humor). I will always remember the happiness that he shared with his wife and family plus all of his friends. He will definitely be missed by all. My prayers go out to you Helen and family. Frank "Pancho" was a great friend and mentor of whom I have the highest respect and had the pleasure of having worked with from our days at the Point Loma Facility and Aquaculture Project. A true "Californio" gentleman in the highest sense, that will be greatly missed by all who got to know him. -Mi mas sentido "pesame" para Helen y Familia Diaz ,orando a Dios a favor de ustedes para que EL les conceda fuerza y consuelo en este dia dificil.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you. His kind manner and cheerful voice and laugh will be missed and yet will always be with us in memory. Our love to the family during this time and always.

Helen and Family: We want you to know how much Frank will be missed by all who knew and loved him. We had so much fun including them in some of the momentous celebrations in our family. We were so glad that we were able to visit with Helen and Frank on Saturday (1/23/10) at Kaiser Hospital. Helen and Frank's friendship with Jerry and Virgil Shaneyfelt throughout the years was so valued by us all. We are sending you our love and prayers! Most fun loving boss a man could ever have. Yes, I learned a lot from him at the Aqua Culture Facilities because he cared enough to share his smarts:) His humor and pleasant words made for NO BAD DAYS on the job. I can still laugh 23 years later when i think of him standing there with a big grin telling me to call him if I ever need milk and bread for my kids. What a loss and my true condolences to his wife and family.

Dad you are truly missed by your family. You loved us and we loved you. There will never be a moment when you will be out of our thoughts or our hearts you have only left us physically, but spiritually you are in a much better place. See you when we get there, save a seat for me.

I knew Frank for a long, long, time. We worked together for the City, and eventually wound up in different Div's. We'd see each other from time to time, and always take the time to visit and catch up. He was a very smart man, kind, humorous,and always with a ready smile. I for one will miss him. Goodbye old buddy and God Bless. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to Helen, and the family.
