I worked with Frank for twenty years. He was always a perfect gentleman - most concientious and considerate. Always a pleasure to be with.
I truly regret that I was unable to attend Frank's funeral. I remember him with great affection.

I have very fond memories of Frank. My condolences to Bernice and family .
