I will never forget Frank Barker. What a guy!! I'm looking forward to spending eternity with him and Barbara. The world is diminished by their deaths.

Our deepest condolences to the family of Dr. Frank Barker:
David W. Music wrote: "When life well lived is at an end and human powers cease, the God who gave us life and breath will be our rest and peace. If we believe that Jesus died and that He rose again, we know that we shall also rise a new life to begin." A mighty Oak has fallen among us. A gospel light has gone out. That splendid figure never bent, those bright eyes never dimmed, and that marked countenance never complained. He crossed over in full triumph like a champ. He crossed over Jordan standing up. Death did not wrestle him down. There was no contest. Dr. Frank Barker quietly, quickly, closed his Bible and crossed over. Howard Thurman once said, "The only witness a man can make is the witness of his own experience. A man cannot be at home everywhere unless he is at home somewhere. He was here, now he is everywhere. He was part of our lives, now he is part of all that ever was and all that ever will be." Dr. Barker was here, now he is everywhere. He lived with dignity and unimpeachable integrity and he died with dignity. And with death still on his garment, he went home to see the King. Dr. Barker made a global impact on the world and without question, was a model of what mission and ministry is all about. We thank God, for the life and legacy of Dr. Frank Barker. And our prayers are with you as you face the days ahead.

There are so many memories of Barkers, Briarwood, and we treasure those. Dr Barker kept the vision of winning the world to our Savior, and showing God's love in so many ways. Now he is being honored as a "good and faithful servant" in glory, and we look forward to seeing him there.

This man touched so many lives in a powerful and humble way--a lot like Jesus- he had time for you and his accomplishment´s were supernatural
Thank you Jesus for sending him our way!

Dr. Barker had a huge impact on our family, as he was our oldest son's pastor for many years. His writings inspired all of us to want to know more about Jesus and God. Many of the best Bible teachers we've known have used his teachings and his insights to help learn more about Jesus. Although we never attended Dr. Barker's church, we heard him speak numerous and share his heart for the Lord. What a blessing! We're praying for his family. John and Denise Phillips

Thank you dear Frank for teaching well. Life seems now a little empty that you are gone... you seemed to there at every important time in my life since 17 years old..you were a rock, an anchor, a father, a decipler,
You and Barbera gave the Gospel and never gave up on me. You told me God had wonderful plan for my life... I loved being with you in your home..a refuge and a place of blessing and love for so many. I will treasure knowing you all my life and how you loved into the kingdom. I will always remember you dear Frank and the greatest attribute... genuine sweetness of the homily of Jesus... I will not see you in this world again but I will see you in the next... God bless you for your great life and testimony.
