In memory of

I do not know where to start. I bought Mr. Bianco's book when it came out in the early 90's and read it through a couple of times.
I just picked it up again and decided to go online to see if he had done anything else along these lines and I discovered this obituary!
I am so sorry for the loss 5 months ago, but I felt the need to say how much his book touched me!
May his soul Rest In Peace +

To the Bianco family, my sincerest sympathies.
I did not know Frank, but reading his obituary brought me right into the midst of what must have been one incredible journey.
The many lives he touched, the plethora of outdoor and sporting events he did just to experience them.
A wonderful, kind man to those about, shows us what a loving heart can do in ones life.
God Bless you all.

My husband Bob and I only knew Frank for a short while, but it became immediately clear to us what a warm and caring person he was. Having just moved to State College we found ourselves among strangers in a social setting until Frank and Marie welcomed us and made us feel at home. Every time we met Frank treated us like good old friends. He will be sadly missed by many!
My sincerest condolences go to Marie and their family, Renate
