Frank Paul Canonica, born on December 16, 1949, in Englewood, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on November 17, 2024, in Alexis, North Carolina. He was the beloved son of Barbara Lambertson and Frank Canonica.

Frank is survived by his devoted wife of 46 years, Anna Maria (née Veneziano), his cherished daughter Katelyn Nardone and her husband Jon Nardone, and two beautiful granddaughters who brought immense joy to his life.

A dedicated business owner and skilled handyman, Frank was known for his unwavering commitment to his work and community. For over two decades, he served the Englewood Volunteer Ambulance Corps with distinction, holding various leadership roles, including crew chief, captain, and president. His dedication to public service earned him the respect and admiration of his peers and community members alike.

Frank was a lifelong learner with an insatiable curiosity and a passion for knowledge, particularly in 20th-century history. He enjoyed watching documentaries that explored the complexities of that era, often sharing insights and engaging others in thoughtful discussions. His love for learning was evident in his conversations and interactions, leaving a lasting impression on those around him.

Frank's legacy is one of service, knowledge, and kindness. He leaves behind a community that greatly benefited from his contributions and a family that cherished his wisdom and warmth. His life was a testament to the values of dedication, curiosity, and compassion.
