I met Frank Carter in 1964 when he was a sales representative for Seaboard
Coastline Railroad and I worked as sales agent for Pan American in Penn Center Bldg. in Philadelphia. What a gentleman he was with his great North Carolina charm and his Hollywood smile. We became friends for next 60 years. He was special as he always had grace, wit, and wisdom. He was committed especially to the care and welfare of dogs with the Human Society. He had a BIG heart... God bless!

Frank Carter is absolutely positively one of my heroes. I had the great fortune of being hired by him 40 years ago as a reservations agent for Air Jamaica. He was a kind, generous and thoughtful man. Frank inspired me to look beyond the perceived boundaries for a twenty-something African-American male at the time. I will always be grateful for his presence in my life. May you Rest In Peace.

My dear friend & boss. You hired me July 5,1975 to be part of your Air Jamaica family. I am forever grateful to you Frank. I enjoyed over 21 years at little JM & learned so much that I still use today. Frank, Air Jamaica existed because of you! Really & truly! Forever in my thoughts & prayers.
Love,
Sara

I met Frank and Chuck several years ago at CPK where we were regular customers. Through the years they met my husband and we became a Friday evening dinner foursome. I have so many fond memories. Frank was such a sweet, kind man. The last year was difficult for him but he always kept his smile and dignity. We will miss him. Fridays will never be the same. Love and condolences to Chuck
