Mr. DiMarco was a very focused leader, demanding excellence from those around him, and giving it and more, in return. Even at work he had a humorous side I saw at a meeting just once. We in the IT department recognized he was the 'pipeline' between IBM's Technology Development geared for banking, and the funding for IT needed to exploit that Technology for the Banks' benefit. Very much a man of Vision. I admired him greatly while at First Florida, and always will.

Thank you Frank for having been a large part of my life. I loved working for you at First Florida Bank you were a great boss and friend. You truly cared for people and loved life; never hesitated to help other or lend a helping hand. Your absence will be deeply felt by Joy, family and many friends. Good night Frank.

Frank was so terrific and deeply admired. Professionally, he had a reputation for expecting excellence and personally he was funny as all get out! He sure loved his family, and they brought him enormous happiness
--he was always delighted to share updates with us when we had the pleasure of running into him.
Frank was a one in a million guy, he will be terribly missed.

Dear Joy and Family. Joy and I have spent many delightfully painful hours working together. The playful smirk that Joy had on her face, (the few times Frank called at work) always made me think that he must be a pretty great guy. Your friends are here for you and looking forward to many more lunches.
