DONIS FRANK J.
Age 78, a lifelong resident of Pitcairn, where he was a barber for many years, on Friday, March 9, 2012. Beloved son of the late Giuseppe and Josephine (Rizzo) Donis; loving brother of the late John J. Donis; brother-in-law of Therese Donis; loving friend of Lois and Tootsie Harvey; also survived by a niece, nephews, cousins and many friends. Frank proudly served in the U.S. Army. No visitation. A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. in St. Michael Church, 740 Wall Ave., Pitcairn. Interment St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to WM. SLATER & SONS, INC., Mt. Washington, 412-381-3345.

Our prayers are with you, Frank's family and friends. I always waited to get to Pitcairn on our visits from California to get a haircut and just talk about old times. Those were special visits with Frank chatting about the old times on the Hill and at PHS. He had the warmest smile!
