Frank was so giving and made such a positive difference in so many lives. For me his mentoring brought direct and great improvement to my life and ultimately to that of all my family. I have no doubt his positive influence will continue for many generations, in many families.

My heartfelt condolances to all of Franks family and friends. He was a good and wonderful man who started me in business many years ago when he was at the Salem Army/Navy Store. He had me make many things and sent me alot of Carpentry business. He was always ready and willing to help a person.
He will surely be in Heaven. God Bless.

Norman and I have lost a dear friend, a part of our family really. He played such a major role in the lives of my children and our lives over the years. He offered wonderful advice to me during difficult times in my life. He was sympathetic, compassionate and thoughtful to all of us. He had a great sense of humor. The world will not be the same without him. Lorrie McPhillips

I have fond memories of Frank when he and Evelyn hosted her tennis friends at their home on The Cape. On at least one occasion champagne was served!
