I was so sorry to hear of Frank's passing and send prayers to his family. He protected the court and my staff for years and will be greatly missed. Judge K. Smith

I am sorry to hear of Franks passing I saw him about 5 years ago at the corner store he visited all the time. I partnered with him until I got the job of Motorcycle Policeman in Belleville from 1971 to 1980.I retired early moved to Tampa. My friend kept in touch with me and let me know about Frank. He was a great friend while on the job. My heart goes out to his family. Alex Freda
