Dear Gary & Family:
I was so sorry to read of Frank's passing. We all go back many years, to our OLS Drum Corps days, and I've thought of the Fallons, Stiglianos, and Kenneys many times, over the years! My father ("Mac") was a Capt. on the WHPD (as you may recall), and was the oldest retired member of the PD, when he died at 93 1/2. My mother pre-deceased him. Bette is in Seymour (Asst. Registrar, at Waterbury UCONN), and Kevin died of a brain tumor, in 2013 (a the age of 59).
God Bless all of you, and know that Frank Sr. is probably up there giving everyone free cab rides!

Frank Fallon, my friend, my colleague, my mentor. Franks level of intelligence, organization, dedication and commitment was unparalleled as was his love of police work. From the moment Frank became a member of the HPD his presence was felt by his fellow co workers as well as the community he served. Frank was not only admired but respected for his sense of urgency, his passion to serve and his decision making which resulted in numerous accolades throughout his career. Rising through the ranks, supervising, mentoring and supporting fellow officers, Frank loved what he did and performed extremely well as evidenced by his successful career. Frank's years on the pistol team helped make the HPD group a team to be feared! He and his brother Gary were probably two of the best marksmen ever to serve on the HPD. Throughout Franks career he always seemed to be where the action was. He was present when fellow officers were seriously wounded or killed and diligently did his very best to watch the backs of those around him. Frank was devastated when his long time partner Jack Daley was killed and he carried that burden with him for many years. Frank took every responsibility he was ever given not only seriously but with an absolute desire to perform well, support his co workers and protect the citizens living or working or visiting within the city. Frank was a no nonsense Police Officer and he demanded nothing less than your very best effort. There are so many stories that can be told highlighting the illustrious career of Lt Frank Fallon, however, words alone cannot adequately depict the courage, wisdom, intellect and meticulous organizational skills this man possessed.
To his wife Patty (Libby to Frank), daughter Jennifer, son Frankie, sister Diane, brothers Gary and Mark, I offer my sincere condolences. Frank was quite a caring, sensitive and loving man who was so very proud of his children of which he spoke of often through the years. Frank never missed an opportunity to brag about Frankie or Jennifer's accomplishments and the gleam in his eye when he spoke of them was admirable.
Rest In Peace my dear friend. You will be greatly missed.

Dear Patty and the entire Fallon family, Please accept my most sincere and heartfelt condolences on the loss Of Frank. It was a pleasure working with Frank and I had a lot of respect for him as a supervisor at the Hartford Police Department. Frank would always want the job completed to the highest standards, leaving the city and it's people that much safer. One thing I won't miss will be those game diners after hunting season! Rest in Peace Brother....

Dear Patti and family, Bunny and Al Tenney just called us here in Arkansas to tell of us Frank's passing. Bob and I are so sorry to hear this news and send prayers to all of you. We remember so many fun times we all had! Most of all, the cruise to Bermuda. And remember when we all went up to the lake in New Hampshire and celebrated Thanksgiving there at a cabin right on the water? Also we remember fondly all the get togethers we had at our houses. Oh, and I (Genie) remember how Frank would come home out of the blue with shoes for you! I remember telling Bob he should do that! Frank and his family grew up nearby to me (Genie), so it's been a long time knowing him. May God help you all through this difficult time. Love, Bob and Genie
