Nancy, Mark, and Martha I am very sorry to hear of your loss. I will miss Uncle Frankie, he was a very caring and unselfish person I know. I remember when he would come over to our house and have a hot meal after a long cold day of hunting with my dad. I love you and Miss you very much.

When I think of Frank, not only do I think of his kindness and generosity of spirit, I think of his chili. I have spent the past decade attempting to make a reasonable facsimile; to no avail. Frank's secret recipe was the holy grail of chili and every time I come across any reference to chili, I think of Frank with love and gratitude. I feel so fortunate that our paths crossed and so very sad for your loss.

Sad for your loss. I didn't know Frank personally but knew of him through Mike who had the chance to work with him at Grafton Cheese. May you be comforted in this time of loneliness and grief.

Nancy and family,
There is nothing anyone can say to you right now that will give you comfort. In the days and years to come may you remember the blessing that Frank was to you, and the many joyful times that you had with him rather than the sadness that is with you now. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

Nancy and family,
I have known Uncle Frank all of my life. Uncle Frank was a special angel placed on Earth for a very short time. Although his time was short he touched so many people throughout the years. He will always hold a special place in my heart. I will miss him each and everyday. Even though we live 3 hours apart I could always look forward to a pick me up email from Uncle Frank. Please know that he was loved by many and my deepest most heartfelt sympathies to you all for your loss and mine.

Nancy and fellow family members,

Sorry for your loss and we share in your sadness. We will miss him and we can have solace that his is up in heaven swapping stories about how he met you and what has happened since he last saw Grampa and Uncle John. He will always be remembered and I have fond memories of him to hold on too, as do you. I will always remember being a very little girl visiting "Uncle" Frank down south, as we would call it, on that long 3 hour trip. He would show us what he had recently completed on the house, or what was growing in the garden this season, or where he had been recently. I can remember being only about 5 or 6 and out in the back yard, my sister Tonya and I found a nest that had fallen from the tree and we were so upset. It had baby birds in the nest and they were chirping for their mom. My father wanted to get rid of the nest, but uncle Frank, consolded us and said don't believe those old wives tales, we can make it all right. Don't worry that mama bird will take care of her babies, she loves them as much as I love you guys. He put it back in the tree and told us everything was okay, and even if it wasn't we believed him, he loved animals and wouldn't lead us astrary.

We love you Uncle Frank, Rest in Peace, and give Grampa and Uncle John a big hug for us.

Love

Nancy and Family, it is with deep sorrow that I write this. Though I only knew Frank for a short while I have come to know him as a good and honorable man who also has a great sense of humor. Frank was always quick to offer his help to me if I needed it at work. I will truely miss him and his great big laugh.

I was also so happy to run into Frank -if I was having a stressful day, in an instant he brightened it. If he was having a stressful day, his frown would turn into a giant smile when he saw you. He was a gentle spirit with a love of life and family. He will be greatly missed.

Nancy- Your whale watch meeting story has always been one of my favorites, especially when I saw how it resulted in years of happiness for you both. No matter how busy Frank was at work, he always had time for a friendly greeting and added a big smile. I am so sorry for your loss. Please accept the strength, support and love that I send to you.

To Nancy and family I am truly sorry to hear about Franks passing. It has been 5 years since i left the Retreat but i still think of you folks often. I always enjoyed working with you two. Frank always took the time to stop and chat and share a laugh or two. I know that you are surrounded by loving family and friends at this time and take comfort in that. I light this candle so that you will always have some light to guide you through these dark times. God Bless you.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.
