I am just learning now of the passing of dear Frank. I always loved when he would come into the office with his cheery smile and always had a moment to share part of his day. My condolences to the family.

I was about 11 or 12 years old and had the typical sweet tooth of a kid. Well, we each got a candy bar which was a real treat, considering the times. Anyway, I was quick to gobble mine up. Doug, as I called him then, put his in the "icebox" for a later time. Well every time I opened that door..there it was just dying to be enjoyed. I'd say to him "aren't you gonna eat that". He'd just grin and say "maybe later". This went on for months...finally it was gone. And my torcher was over. It was a milkyway. I'll always remember his sense of humor.
And you know I think of him evertime I eat a milkway. Love him so much. BTW, he became Moofa when Leah was born.

I got my love of gardening and much advice from from Moofa. But more than that I learned how meditational and calming it was.
