As I mourn the passing of my dear friend Frank, I am extremely grateful to have enjoyed and benefitted from his friendship. He was my running partner for almost 20 years but in reality, he was actually like a second father. Even though I won't hear him say, "hey partner", "how's my buddy", "same place same time next week", "I think we deserve a coffee after that run", "OK Ang, our two goals are to not fall and to finish", or check in with me if we went more than a couple of weeks without touching base with each other, I know that his guiding hand will be on my shoulder forever. I looked up to him in so many ways. Frank had so many blessings and he knew it. He cherished his family and spoke of each one of them on every run. I'll remember Frank as happy, positive, supportive, compassionate, thoughtful, fun, competitive, dedicated, smart, and someone who loved life. In my mind it's still a tragedy that Frank was taken from us. I miss him and will continue to, but I have faith. My deepest condolences to Sue, mom, Erin, Mike, Kristian, Mary Ann, Collin, Harold, grandchildren, and the rest of his beautiful family.

I've known Jeep since we grew up together on Highland Avenue. I am about 8 years younger and I always remember him through out the years as one of the nicest people I have ever known. He was a very kind person ! I saw him about a year ago. Can't believe it. He will be missed.

Today my wife discovered the bad news on face book.
I was looking forward to getting togather with Frank some time soon. Sadly that isn't possible.
Frank was a friend for a long time, he helped us out @ P&G many times with all his expertise . He was a welcome sight at all locations during start-ups & development projects.
I thought of Frank as a great friend, and I along with many others will miss him.
He was special .
