Dear Flora and family. I had the pleasure of working with Frank briefly on a CIDA project in Bangladesh. I was truly sorry to hear of his passing. He spoke fondly of home and family and always had a good story to share. He will be missed both at home and abroad. Please accept our sincere condolences.

I'm so sorry to hear about Frank. Your family was a strong presence in my life when I was growing up. I'm sorry I've lost the opportunity to get reaquainted.

I have many fond memories of Frank from the years we worked together at the Office of the AG and the Treasury Board. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
