On behalf of the Cullen Family, I send our sincerest condolences to the Lipari Family. Frank was my Father's boss for many years and he worked with my Brother Bob as well. He was a good man and we will surely miss him.

I am very sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Lipari. I was so honored to meet such a great artist and a true gentleman.

Sorry to hear of the passing of Frank. We exhibited together at Dominion Gallery and he was so supportive of my works. It was an honour to know him and he will live on through his paintings.

Frank was a dear friend of my father Marcel Chagnon and my bother Robert. I remember his as a smiling person with a twinkle in his eyes. He shared many important moments of our family's history. Everyone loved Frank
