I am writing on behalf of the many friends that Frank had in Punta Chivato, Baja, Mexico. We miss Franks wit, enduring charm and constant enthusiasm he had for life! "Mr. Mexico" will always be in our hearts. A true gentleman, and concerned citizen of the world.

I taught with Frank at Laurel School in Oceanside in the 80's. He was always upbeat and energetic. He lived the life he wanted and was a role model for the rest of us. His family is in my thoughts.
