Frank Ray Parsons

Frank was a very special man. He was there as a partner, friend, and legal counsel.I always felt like a better person after we talked. A great inspiration .....sad to lose a friend

I am so sorry to hear of your family's loss. Frank was an integral part of the Eastwood/Irondale ball park as well as to his community. Oh, the sorrow . . . my counselor and mentor in underdog fights when I was alone. He loved me for my courage and I will always love him for his support. He was the best I had.
