When Mr. Poole retired from Laconia, he gave Woodland Heights the gift of a piano dolly. Every time I play, I think of him. As a new hire from the South, he made me feel right at home.

My deepest sympathy to the Pooles.

Mr. Poole was a man of integrity and challenged me to be one as well when he agreed to become one of my first customers as a teenage entrepreneur. I respected him for his commitment to integrity at school as well. His style was always firmness with grace. My prayers for God's peace for his family as they grieve their loss.

My deepest sympathy to your family and loved ones. This sad news brings back many fond memories of Mr. Poole, my elementary principal, and his children, who I attended school with. A heart felt thank you goes out to him and all of you for your support in finding a cure and dealing with the disease Alzheimer's.

March 29, 2011

Prayers and deepest sympathy to you, Beverly, and your family. Frank was the most wonderful superintendent possible. You would often find him sitting in a classroom helping a student. He had the "real caring" for students while performing his administrative duties. He was always ready to listen to our problems and did so much to encourage me on my educational journey. A true gentleman and educator. He will be so missed.

Sorry to hear of your loss.
When we were neighbors in Alton I always thought of your family as being kind and loving and while reading the obituary I am reminded of that. I am sad to hear about the alzheimer's and yet impressed that your husband/father still thought of others during his own struggles. Truely a man to be missed :(
May God be with you.
