He is survived by his sisters, Dianne Matthews and Suzanne Foy of Houston; sons, Jeff and Brian of Midland; and his three grandchildren, Emilye, Maddisyn, and Gabreyelle Savage of Midland. Frank was well known in town for being involved with the Little League baseball program and with Midland Independent School District as a Security Guard. He then he went on to be the director of the Midland High School Youth Center. Frank never met a stranger and always was willing to give the shirt off his back.
