To the Sicilia family,
Frank was all about fun. The last time I saw him was on a beautiful sunny day in the strip district. He gave me a tour of the fire station and said I could drive the fire truck around town! He also invited me to his home for a cooking lesson--stuffed artichokes. I am sharing
this because sometimes there are people who touch our lives in a special way and that is what Frank did. I will always remember him fondly and enjoy the special moments we shared together.
He even said we should sell peanuts together in the strip. What a funny guy.
Diane,Marie, and the entire Sicilia family, please accept my sincere condolences at this very sad, difficult time.
Most sincerely,
Marilyn Cutuly
