I was a Bretton Woods choir boy. I visited him later in New York. At his place I first read poems by a certain T.S. Eliot. Although our relationship was brief, I found to be a good person.

My wife and I had two boys in Frank's choir at Grace Church School. We have very memories of Mr.Smith.He was firm but gentle and our boys learned a lot more than choir singing under Frank Smith. We are grateful to have had the chance for Frank Smith to help our boys become better persons as well as better singers.

Mr. Smith enriched our family's life for many years, as both organist and choir master of Grace Church, NY. He will be missed by those of us who were fortunate to have known him. Our sincere sympathy. Marietta, Larry, Brad, James, and Elizabeth Schiff.

Dear Dilys and Family,
I don't have to tell you how special I thought Frank was. He had a gentle, loving soul and I will always treasure memories of my last visit with him. When my granchildren play the piano, I think of Frank and all the good advice he gave me on which one to buy. I think the music in Heaven is already better thanks to Franks presence...
You all remain in my thoughts and prayers.
