My deepest condolences for the loss of Frankie who is now resting in peace with his sisters Jo and Emil me and my wife pray for you and you can find comfort that they are all angels in heaven

I am so sorry to hear of your lost. Death is never an easy situation. Psalms 46:1 helps us to see that God is a refugee and a strength in times of distress. Therefore, please rely on him in this time of need.

Until we meet again, you'll be in my heart and that amazing smile will be remembered always. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you - Heaven has a new and beautiful angel. May God Bless, keep and comfort you in this most difficult time and give you peace. Please take special care.

I have fond memores of Frank. Growing up together in PVL and attending VTHS. Good times at the PVL beach, back mountain, corner and the rock. Lost touch over the years and very sad to learn of his passing. My deepest sympathy to his family.

I grew up in PVL right up the street from the Springs and have fond memories of all the fun we had! Frankie was so funny and did anything for a laugh. I agree he loved life. It's been years since I've seen him but he and his sisters were in my prayers. Rest in peace Frankie. Thanks for the memories. It's comforting to know you and your sisters are all together again. May God bless your sweet parents and give them peace and comfort.

I feel blessed to have known Frankie and his sisters and have had him as such a good friend through-out highschool..My prayers are with the Spring family..May you some how find comfort in knowing Frankie is with his sisters and they are all at peace..

I have such fond childhood memories of Frankie and April. It has been many years since I last saw either, however it is hard to accept that they have been taken from this earth. May God's peace be with the family during this time.

I am heart broken that Frank lost his battle with this horrible disease. I knew all of the Spring siblings while in Vernon High School and feel blessed to have known them. Franky, I'm glad you snuck that kiss the last time I saw you. I will cherish all the times you made me laugh. You will truly remain an inspiration to me; just like Lori, Carol and Apee was. Rest in Peace, Frank...many fond memories of you at my house...my mom always loved you...and many more at your house on Rt 94...I remember how proud you were of the woodwork you did on the walls for your mom...Now you will join your sisters and watch over your family...gives me comfort to know another angel is looking over us.

Delight that you are a spark of light in the universe and that our time here is finite. This gives our lives meaning, this gives our lives purpose. No matter how short, troubled, or tormented all of us have our parts to play. The universe will unfold as it will regardless of our hopes, dreams, or plans. As much as we may want question how unfair or wrong any particular event or passing maybe we should be asking "did he live his live, did he savor it?" For the only true measure of how well we lived our lives is revealed in the answer to those questions. I remember Franky, and from my early childhood memories he lived and loved life. We can not ask any more than that.
Rest In Peace Frank... it may have been many years, indeed decades, but you were a friend to me and my family and forever you will be remembered as that teenager in love with life... as it should be.
