My dear old friend. I only recently (5/17) found out that you had passed. Deep sadness. You were my best friend when we were kids. We were in our first band together, "Ohio Express" and we rehearsed in your basement. I didn't even play guitar, but you were so cool because you did. We took lessons from Joe Satriani together. We did everything together. I am so grateful to have had you as a friend growing up. I liked your family so much. I remember all the young teenage things we did, but the band was the best. I will always have a smile deep in my heart when I think of you. It's quite possible that without you I would never have played the guitar because you encouraged me and we grew together.
